Tripp, Gary and the rest of the crew at Marshall Insurance have been wonderful! I moved out-of-state from NC to FL and wished I could've continued working with them, but I have moved beyond their coverage zone. Every time I had a concern or needed questions answered, they were quick to call me back, which rarely ever happens these days, and they would explain things to me in terms I could understand. Their rates are very competitive and their service is stellar. I would recommend you to talk with them if you are looking for insurance and don't want to deal with a big stuffy company. I never felt that I was just a number in my dealings with them. A+++++ service!!! A+++++ value!!!

I combined both my home and auto and have been impressed with the service provided from the employees and the insurance company. The turn around time on a claim is outstanding. I do not compare rates as I am confident that Marshall has me covered as far as reviewing and making recommendations when it is renewal time on both policies. Having a local office is also a good feature as you have a face at the office and a real human voice at the other end of the phone if you need to call! Excellent service!
