Will never go back to McGeorge Toyota. Salesman was pretty nice but then they brought in the person that works deals with you and he was very rude. He ended up jerking the papers out of my daughters hand saying”that’s the deal” then storming off. So we went out the door. Then the salesman came running out the door saying they would drop the price another 1000.00 after being told that it was impossible by the jerk who treated us so rudely.
He told us the sales manager (jerk) was going to come out to apologize but he was with another customer. So while he was talking to everyone else I went back in to see the little jerk sitting at his desk laughing with his colleagues. I told him we will not be back he came running out to the car and said and I quote “I thought money would be my apology” really. I told him money does not excuse poor behavior and we left. Ughh I am so mad that people treat people that rudely. ALLISON was all excited to get a new car that she has saved for and gets treated like that. We were treated very nicely at Mechanicsville Toyota bought a brand new 4Runner and somehow got a better interest rate with them almost 1/2 of what McGeorge offered and both of them were thru Toyota.
Bernie Farmer was our salesman. We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our 2019 Camry Hybrid. Bernie was so knowledgeable about any question we had and was very polite! Mc George makes you feel like family!
Christina was amazing, quickly found me exactly what I wanted for the price I specified. McGeorge was my first stop for car shopping, and afterwards I looked at 3 other dealerships. I came right back and bought my first choice from McGeorge.
I would not recommend McGeorge Toyota to anyone. My car burns oil very quickly. I brought my car in several times with it empty only for them to tell me there wasn’t an issue. Last time I went in for an oil change they suggested a service to correct the issue only to find exactly one month later my car was out of oil again. I brought it back in. No one called me all day to give me a status. I called several times and the service advisor Christina told me that it “should be” done by a certain time. I asked her if she would let me know for sure and she says yes. Only to call back at that time she stated and she’s gone for the day, and no one can give me a status of my car. It was both inconsiderate and unprofessional to not communicate that they needed to hold my car for an extra day!
Garland was extremely helpful and I would highly recommended him to anyone. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made buying a car a pleasurable experience. He had the utmost respect for his customers and I would definitely do business with him again.
