Thank you McGeorge Toyota for continued great service. My recent experience with the service shop did not disappoint. I always enjoy working with those who care about my vehicle as much as I do. Kudos to Beverly Lees, the Service Lane Manager at McGeorge. She has a great personality, is very knowledgeable and is open to comments from customers. Also, again, a big thank you to Hank Brauer for his continued great service.
After going to Firestone with my car issue I was not please with their "Diagnostic" review of my truck,So I decided to take my truck to McGeorge left my truck .Dave called me explained to me what the issues were and bingo! they found the problem fixed it (and also took care of a recall that I didnt know about) Dave was friendly, professional and took charge of my repairs this is what I call great service ...Firestone just lost a customer Hello McGeorge.
My husband and I have long been customers of McGeorge and four vehicles later and multiple maintenance appointments later, we have never had a bad experience. I was inclined to write a review to show my utmost appreciation for the dedicated staff in the service department. Patrick specifically has gone the extra mile for me multiple times in the last few weeks with issues regarding a ignition cylinder. I won't go into specifics because the specifics don't matter, but I would hope you are able to experience how hard working and dedicated he is to helping the customers of McGeorge. Keith, the foreman is a mechanic genius and a life saver today.
Leaving costumer cars with no having any responsibilities about what going to happen to your car.
The make full responsibility to the person how hited my car in there parking lot after Service, and actually my car was not in the right place the just leave it on side with no responsibility.
you will never hear anybody apologize about their mistakes.
And now losing money because the bad services.

Set up 11AM appt for my daughter's SUV for a simple oil change. Dropped off vehicle on time and was informed they would call when done. We proceeded to have a fun day shopping and having lunch. Now 3:15pm and no call we headed back to pick up car.
We got there at 3:30 to get car which had not moved from the spot we left it at (4.5hrs later). The service guy stated they were busy all day and every bay was full. Then he stated "that is why I told you I was going to call you". He did apologize for not getting to it and he would get to it soon. I told him this was the only day my daughter had free day before heading back to college. His reasoning for being busy and not getting to our car was unacceptable. Especially with having a scheduled 11AM appointment to complete an oil change that takes 15mins max. He even told me that my daughters car was not pushed back for other cars to get worked on. I was not born yesterday not to know that is exactly what happened. I got the dealership manager involved and 15min later it was done.
This was my first experience with their service department, my review speaks how it went. Very poor experience, we all work to provide good service, not thinking that I would be ok getting my car back by closing (5pm) is someone asking to be WORKED IN. I MADE an appointment for someone to actually start working on it around the scheduled time. Hope this service Rep gets this feedback so this does not happen to someone else. Remember the difference between scheduled appointment vs. a walkin work me in request.
Wat a Horrible Service in McGeorge Toyota by Ronnie Pitt . I walked-In to the service centre for Oil change early in the morning , thinking i ll get free in an hour or so . Upon check-in i did clearly stated to Ronnie that i want a exterior wash along with the Oil change. As a customer if i am paying $605/$70 for a oil change you do expect that your car will be cleaned . if not from inside atleast from the outside . And i did convey the same to Ronnie . I do appreciate they did the oil change withing 1 hr 15-20 min but to my surprise they did not do the exterior car wash as agreed which is totally unprofessional and unacceptable even after communication . I have been to lot's of service centre across USA , this was the most horrifying experience and un-professional one i had for the first time . Please respect the customer at the first place and then try to resolve the problem.I would not recommend this to anyone and would not visit again,since i was expecting a lot as my first visit to this service centre.
Kudos for the fast and accurate web order parts service. The parts diagrams got me just what I needed, and the order was filled promptly and accurately. When I returned a part that I didn't end up needing, the return service and refund was just as advertised. Thanks!
I bought a car from the Certified McGeorge Toyota dealership less than three months ago. I am already experiencing multiple problems with my vehicle. The wheel bearing needs to be fixed. I knew that because it kept hearing a loud buzzing noise near my passenger tire when I drove. They quoted me the price $315 for them to fix it. I went into their service department to also find more about another issue (a buckling noise) and they had no idea what was causing the problem with my car. Recently I my check engine light turned on. I went to Auto Zone to get a free diagnostic and the results were a broken cylinder 1 and a broken fuel injector. I expected a more reliable vehicle from McGeorge Toyota. I am a teacher and I do not know what I am going to do with all of these costly repairs. Keep in mind, I only had the car THREE MONTHS! I am very disappointed.
