I must say, coming to McGeorge Toyota dealership what's a very great experience. Mr. Waters made my experience very easy and simple. He answered all my questions and also gave me good advice as well in order for me to make an informed decision pertaining to my new car purchase.
...Now The waiting process was a BIT LONG but it was NOT due to the STAFF of this establishment but was informed that the holdup, a computer glitch with the financing credit report information, inorder to complete the process of my car purchase..
But overall it was a very great experience an I greatly appreciate the time and professionalism!!!..
John was amazing throughout the whole car buying process. He was informative, friendly, personal and not pushy at all and made every attempt to make the financing taylored to my needs. If you visit McGeorge Toyota and are looking for a car, make sure to ask for John Waters. You wont be disappointed.
28 Dec 2018 - I am now at 1 success and 2 failures with McGeorge Toyota. The 1 success was in Feb 2017 when we paid $23,000 for a Camry XLE with no hassles at all. That all went great. We just now (Dec 2018) tried to buy a Camry XLE with no options and ended up with another negative experience. The salesperson was fine. The problem was with the second guy in their process ("sales manager") - he tried to force us into a Camry configured in a way that we didn't want for around $3000 more than what we ended up paying elsewhere. My recommendation remains to try McGeorge first to see all the colors and options (since they have so much inventory sitting there already), but buy elsewhere if you don't get lucky like we we did in Feb 2017. If you draw the wrong person in sales they try to overcharge you, or mistreat you, or both.
As of this writing in my area (Richmond, VA), the price for a 2019 Camry XLE with no options added, and before taxes and tags, seems to bottom out around $25,200-$25,600.
