Absolutely horrible experience! In the market for a pre-driven MDX. Met with Thomas Whitfield and decided upon a vehicle. We began the negotiation process and this is where it all went south. After several trips to meet with his boss, Ty Lee, Thomas Whitfield returned with a final offer for my review/approval. Now, during this time, I sat in his office for over an hour and a half with only two briefs visits to pick up additional paperwork. It was not until I finally walked around the dealership and tracked him down to voice my frustration with waiting so long. At this point , Thomas and Ty presented a cost of $24,450 plus certification costs, tax, and license on an offer sheet. After further debate, we decided to proceed to which I signed the offer sheet in acceptance. Thomas and Ty drew up the paperwork and presented it for my review and approval. Upon my review, I happen to notice that the cost of the vehicle was now $26,650. When confronted with this discrepancy, they simply stated that they made an error and that was that. This whole process was now at three hours and twenty minutes of wasted time. Thomas did apologize, but Ty was rude and smug throughout the whole process. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are dishonest and condescending.
