My husband and I visited this Acura dealership on Tuesday, July 3, and were met by Bryan Garcia, a very personable and knowledgable salesperson.
We test drove several RDX models before choosing the new 2019. Deciding on packages, options, and accessories took some time to choose.
The actual process of purchasing the vehicle took much longer than expected and could be shortened. Accessories and new tires had to be installed by the Service Department and the car was to be delivered 3 days later.
This past weekend I went to pick up the car and found it a little dirty inside and out, and the appliqués to protect the bumper and door handles were not installed correctly - too many air bubbles. I was disappointed at the condition of the car as it was not ready for delivery.
Winter tires had not yet been delivered to the dealership so the car was left to be serviced again - reinstallation of the appliqués, cleaning the car inside and out, and putting the original rims on the winter tires.
Nine days after purchasing the car, it was delivered today, clean and with the appliqués installed correctly. The dealership graciously agreed to split the cost of the body door molding due to the issues with the car. In addition Bryan offered to deliver the winter tires to my condo and place them inside my storage locker.
The RDX has many more tech options than our previous car and it took a long time to review everything. Bryan patiently explained how to use all the buttons and menus, going through each setting and the different functions of the car.
The dealership is laid back and quiet and sales people are not pushy which is appreciated. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating. There are several waiting areas for customers to use during service, each with a large screen TV and plenty of seating at each one. A coffee machine makes several different kinds of coffee and various hot chocolates. Ice water and snacks are freely available for customers. The service area and service bays are clean and well maintained as expected in a luxury dealership.
Overall we are pleased with McGrath Acura and with the excellent service from Bryan. I would recommend McGrath Acura to anyone looking to buy a luxury car.

He is really professional and patient - he really invested a lot of time in finding the perfect car for our family. We were rally impressed that we never felt any pressure to buy, which is very common in other dealers, and we had gone to a few others before. Finally, we're very happy with our buy and the dealer's customer service. After our purchase they have reached out to us to make sure we're fully satisfied. Would definitely buy from them again.
