Mr. Berkeley is a true professional. He realized I am a fair guy and he gave me a fair price we could agree upon. Anytime I had questions or wanted more pictures of the truck he never hesitated to provide the information. I am glad I went out of the area to get the tundra I wanted. If Toyota does a full redesign in 2019 like they say they are going to do. Please call me!!

I would not use this dealership again. For one they pickup the wrong truck after I drove an hour and a half to pick it up at 7pm. Then had to wait for them to go pick up the correct truck that I ask about and sent a pic and vin number to the sale rep. Obviously the vehicle was not clean because it was not suppose to be sold that day so I was ok with coming back for that to be done. I received one key fob that didnt work and one key. So i was told by the finance member that they will take care of the broken fob and have me come back one day next week and stated that I was going to get a second key and fob to go with my 2015 truck. There was also no floor mats in the truck at all. I asked about possibling recieving some and was told they would look to find some. Fast Forward three weeks later Don the sales rep scheduled me to come in on Sat to have my key fob fixed, mat purchased and my truck detailed. My one key fob was fixed and was told that I was never promised another fob or key. Then he further stated, there was no floor mats and again I told I was never mats. I am a 12 year military veteran why would I lie about recieving floor mats and a second key and key fob. The vehicle is two years old how cana second key and fob and floor mats go missing and then never reconciled for future purchase. My vehicle cleaning also was poor. There is still stains on my door panel and trunk. The outside has water marks. Running board still had dirt on it. If this is what your dealership calls customer service and taking care of your customers then you need to send them to a customer servixe class with a company that actually prides themselves in it. I will not recommend this dealership even after my mother sent me there. My family will no longer give this company or any other company affiliated with them business. I will be taking my truck to the local chevy dealer and have everything taken care of.
