Don Berkeley was excellent to deal with. He was very friendly and informative. Don also let us make decisions with no pressure. Manager Wayne Lawson made what we felt was a fair deal, so we all we had to do was concentrate on the perfect vehicle. The delivery process was cumbersome at best and annoying at worst. We had an 11 AM appointment with Don Berkeley for delivery, but didn't get into the Finance Office until 12:30 or later. Don, the Finance Guy, came out and introduced himself about 11:45 and told us he would be with us shortly. At that time I told him that time was of the essence as my wife was still on the 'work clock' for lunch. I do not blame Don Berkeley at all for this delay. In fact he went above and beyond to try to keep us 'entertained'. "Closing" took entirely too long, and had I not noticed that "the computer had a cliche" we wouldn't have received the $8,000 credit for our trade in. No wonder the monthly payment skyrocketed...
This is not our first purchase at Mechanicsville Toyota and I make these comments so that you are aware of the great service we received from Don Berkeley as well as the importance of the timeliness involved in the delivery process. There is little more aggravating than to have gone thru the sales process just to have the delivery process to be a 180 degree change from the sale.
Everyone that I encountered was wonderful start to finish. I highly recommend Don Berkeley and the rest of the team ( Don and Scott) at Mechancisville Toyota. Thank you again. I love my RAV4!
