First of all this was our best experience purchasing a car. John Howells delivered 5 star customer care. He was easy to converse with and made us feel at ease. We especially liked that he was upbeat and fun. (Not the usual experience.) We never felt pressured. John was knowledgeable about the Rav4 we were interested in. We have already started referring people to John. We made a great decision in choosing Mechanicsville Toyota. We love our Rav.

I was able to find just what I was looking for and was able to deal with Josh the way I needed, by email, text and in person. The process was quick and everyone I talked with was friendly and helpful.
This was by far the best car buying experience my family has ever had! I have purchased 3 brand new cars and Joe just exceeded all my customer service expectations. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He listened to what I wanted and helped me select the perfect car. As a relatively new mom, he knew to highlight the awesome safety features that would help to keep my little family as safe as possible. He also knew I didn’t care about the bells and whistles, so he didn’t try to push them on me. I DID appreciate that he explained some of the warranty extras like interior protections, gap insurance, etc. so I had the time to really consider and research these important decisions in advance and could make confident purchasing decisions. Joe also told me that I could call him at any point in the future if I had questions about my vehicle or services provided. I also really appreciated the little things: ex: that he installed my car-seat, and helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth before sending me on my way. Lastly, I wanted to give him major kudos for coming in to sell me my car on his day off. I had looked into the car earlier in the week but wasn’t ready to purchase. I called him this morning, only to find that he was scheduled off work. He knew I was excited to move forward so he came in so I didn’t have to wait another day. How amazing is that?
