We began vehicle hunting about a week ago and were contacted by Dave White this Saturday who was everything EXCEPT pushy. He gathered some quick information, said he would be in touch and even encouraged us to keep looking. He emailed me several times to say he was still working on it so that I would know it was being handled (unlike 3 other dealers who made no additional contact attempts). I received a call close to 9pm to say they had found a lender and could we get an appt set up for 12 noon Sunday. We arrived and were quickly handled with respect, courtesy, and made aware that no ones time would be wasted. They acted swiftly in the process and the business manager John came out to talk and was very open and honest about where we were in the process and what they could do for us cutting to the chase. We looked at the vehicle and were given ample time to talk and discuss the situation in privacy. Never did we feel pressured or pushed to make a decision. Once we met and decided on the truck-best price, immaculate physical shape, excellent mechanical shape-we moved to the business office where John Grace was relational, honest, and thorough.
