I went to buy a mercedes benz to the dealer on Baum Blavd. Pittsburgh. They offered me a VW-Jetta 2012 instead. They claimed that the mercedes I chose has a lot of problems that need to be fixed and they would prefer to send it to the auction.
They said the Jetta is a good one and it will be in excellent conditions after fixing few problems.... It turns to be the worst car ever; it has a lot of noise and also I figured out that it has a recall and they did not mentioned any of these problems. They refused to return the car although it was within the time to provided if there is any problem in the car, claiming that the car does not have any safety issue, which was wrong (the car has a recall because of the rear axle has a serious problem). Jason Collins is the manager who refused to accept the return. . He lied on me and he pushed the guy who supervises to sale the car to me. When I tried to return the car he said that you had the car for a month so we can not return it. The shop had the car to fix it in VW shop for the recall on the car and I had the car for 2 days only. He claimed that the noise is due to the snow tires on the car and this was deceiving; the car has other noises rather than the tire noise and he took the advantage of me being a minority to sale me the car. I used to deal with Mercedes dealers in different states and I have never received a bad deal like the one in this location in Pittsburgh. This guy should be fired from this high quality trustful dealership of Mercedes. I expected an honest deal from a dealership like them.
Dear Mona, We apologize for your frustration. It is true the original Mercedes-Benz vehicle car you were looking at was sent to the auction because of the numerous service items that were needed. Here at Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh, we pride ourselves on being upfront and honest with each transaction. To ensure that our clients know exactly what they are buying, a Carfax is included in each deal along with any recall information and is presented to each client for signature. Your documents are on file as well. It was not an outstanding recall issued, but rather a request for a VW dealer to inspect the vehicle. Regarding the noise, while we are under the impression that it is related to the winter tires, we also want to work with you if you are not 100% satisfied. Please call me directly and we want to resolve your concerns. Mark Villella General Manager Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh 412-683-5000

From start to finish, the sales process was transparent, efficient and informative. Will was totally collaborative in identifying the needs that were most important and finding a vehicle that totally exceeded my expectations while staying well within my budget. I highly recommend Will and the Bobby Rahal Team. Thank you for a great experience.
