Our experience with Ben Fish was excellent, however the day we went to pick our vehicle up we had a very bad experience. We had a 1pm appointment and when we arrived we were told that someone would be with us soon. We waited and waited and finally sat down in the front entrance and still no one came. After at least 1/2 hr Mr. Ross the manager came and introduced himself and told us to go upstairs and Ben would be with us shortly. We went upstairs and waited again. Finally I called the front desk and asked what is going on and just then Ben walked in. He was as upset as we were because the tires were not installed yet. A misscomunication between service and sales I guess. We were ready to drop the deal completely. We have been a Bobby Rahal customer for over twenty years and never have we been treated so poorly. The only reason I rated the overall experience 5 Star so that Ben would not be at fault because I don’t think he was. Ben asked if there is anything he can do to close the deal and I asked him what could be done. The manager came and offered us one free service package. Honestly I don’t think this was enough but since we were running out of time, we were leaving for Germany the next day, I agreed. We have always been customers of Bobby Rahal in Wexford and since we will be servicing the vehicle there, I truly hope that we will be treated better there. I would appreciate some response to this message.
