I was booked in for a 1pm service and took the day off work today to have my car attended for a service. All I got was a lazy receptionist who told they were too busy and I really should have been there at 10am even thought the website gave me a 1pm slot. I was asked to wait for 5 hours to check if my car can be serviced. She was lazy, ineffective and unapologetic, typical of hospitality these days from Ford. I supposedly was booked in next week 25th Nov for 10am but have an email confirmation for 24th Nov at 7.45am ! Nice to see how Ford service does whatever they wish with no guarantees. Would I trust you with the servicing of my car ? Probably not. Such lazy staff and receptionist that I would never like to meet ever again.
