Our overall experience was awesome with Ford. Mandy made the process so smooth and easy. She was not pushy like the usual salesmen are and she went above and beyond everything she was required to do. The only thing I could fault was that the car was not detailed before delivery, there was dust on the seats from the showroom and marks on some of the upholstery with a quick wipe at home came straight off. You could tell the car had come straight from the showroom to us. I would have thought that a detail would be standard on delivery at first I thought it was because we didn't purchase the aftermarket cleaning pack, but have since been told a details is standard practice. My point was proved today when I had a call to ask if we had an extra tow tongue in our new car under the seat, this would have been noticed if a proper detail had been done.
