Thanks Jeff for everything!, wife and I picked up our new Ford Everest Titanium Yesterday, Car look great. Staff very friendly..But Bit disappointed on delivery process. Everyone was busy and made our delivery time late aswell :( our car wasn't in the showroom as everyone else on the review, we get to pick up our pride and joy down stairs in the customer parking bay (very disappointed in that). Not one picture was taken and very rush pick up on that day.. (we can't stay around all day for delivery as time was slipping away an had another appointment to go to). Wife would love some kind of flowers to make more special especially from a car park to make up for the delivery process. If the car was second hand and old , had no problem with delivery process. Never had a bad experience in delivery process ever! Our first Ford car owner and got this treatment. I guess were are the unlucky one and everyone on the review had there delivery looks happy.
