As a reference of how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this place, I would like to say that I never give reviews. But, I thought I would warn any potential buyers to be aware—this place deserves no stars. I went in to shop for a car and after all the paperwork was managed, I noticed that the cost increased significantly ($2000+), after tax and fees, because they added a warranty that I did not request. As I was reviewing the paperwork and noticed, I asked about it and told them that I was not interested. They said that it had already been processed and that I had to contact the warranty underwriter to cancel it. I was very upset with this, but after spending countless hours there anxious to get home, I told them that this is not fair practice and that they should really talk to people and ask if they are interested in these additions. They just shrugged it off. In an effort to have me make my peace with it and keep it, they said that it would cost about $1.5 a day for protection such as roadside assistance. I already have that with my car insurance. Overall, these are the typical hungry car salespeople who were probably just trying to make an extra commission out of the warranty. Another thing, before I purchased the car, I was told that a number things such as the brakes and AC parts had been replaced; however, after only a few months of having the car, the parts seem to have never been changed. As a reference, I mostly use my car locally on the weekends as I use public transportation to get into work in the city. I called to see what we can do about this and was greeted by someone who was eager to sell me more services, and when asked questions, told me that he would hang up because he “didn’t have time for this.” Overall, I’d say save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere or come prepared to scrutinize every single detail and make sure they don’t add things that you did not request.
