We were looking for a particular Grand Design Travel Trailer model so I sent an online request to Mike Thompson RV. I was contacted promptly by Chad Dulcich at the Fountain Valley dealer. He told me they had the particular model in stock and we discussed our budget and logistics of us being in Northern California. He was willing to work with us and get everything taken care of as we were driving 500 miles to get the trailer. We drove down on the weekend and Chad showed us the trailer and we loved it. Chad also worked to provide the hitch we wanted and the battery. We worked with Chris in Finance who also provided a great insurance plan for the trailer, and then John did the final walk through with us. We stopped overnight on the drive back with the trailer and it was wonderful to have the starter package which MTRV also provides. The whole process was seamless and there was no pressure. Chad is an awesome, honest, hardworking guy. Chris is very knowledgeable and honest. John is a master of all the details and again very honest. That seems to be the theme with this dealer. The three people we dealt with were very professional and very honest.

1/2019 Water got in my trailer via window or roof on a 2018 toy hauler, on the other side I had damage on the awning and asked them to get me a quote on it.
I waited 2 weeks to get in by appointment.
1/23/2019 Got in. Service advisor said all of the awning needs to be replaced will have to get a quote to replace it, water leak starts at $169 to look in to and spray it with a hose to try to find the leak and will call you back.
1/31/2019 no call form Service Dept. so I called them since it has been raining "Oh we found the leak is coming from the window, do you want it fixed?"
Yes!! Water may be still getting in with all this rain!! Also please call me next week with a quote for the awning so it can be replaced or get an idea when it can be done.
2/11/2019 not heard from them so decided to pick it up my unit at 2p.m. since I have a trip plan for the 2/15 weekend. Only window repair was done and I'm hoping the repair holds up in the rain.
Charge for window repair (seal or window frame adjusting) $338, but I can only see clear silicone on the outer edge of frame as evidence of something done to it.
Service advisor: I did not put it on my calendar that you wanted a call back but if you want the awning fixed we can do it for $2400.

I bought the unit there and assumed it was a good place to take it for service or repairs.
Our experience with Sher was excellent! After researching online, and going to a dealership,we came back to Mike Thompson and Sher. She is very helpful and courteous once we decided on our coach. This is our second time dealing with Sher...and probably will again in the future. A great experience...we are Happy Glampers!!!!
My wife and I spent many hours online looking for the right travel trailer for our family. We found the one that fit and made contact with Julian who was our internet sales contact. He was absolutely awsome! He’s not like the normal “sale sharks”, he was totally non pressure and let us check out the rv without any pressure but was their to answer any and all questions we might have. The buying process was super easy and Julian walked us through it without any problems. He made sure all the little things that we wanted fixed before we took delivery were taken care of and totally made it a very pleasant experience for us. Took my keystone passport in for a warranty recall recently. They have a new "Express Service" that was great. Made an appointment and they did the fix while I waited. Sammy found a problem separate from the original recall item and fixed it at the same time. My A/C was struggling to keep up last summer and now has a much better volume of air. Looking forward to a cooler summer trip this year. All in all, a great job and I'll be back for my next service. Thanks Max and Sammy!
Was getting ready for a trip, when are bedroom slide out won't work. Called and talked to Debbie Moon, she said to bring it in. When I got there she had Sammy Burrola one of service techs take a look at my slide out. He able to reprogram it and make it work. They both were very helpful and Sammy explained everything he was doing, so if it happened again I would be able to fix it. Their new express service, (I didn't know they had, it's new) was awesome I was there less then a 1/2 hr. Debbie and Sammy we're great to work with. Thank guys for your quick response.
