Richard my service advisor will not call be back. Leslie is extremely rude, talks right over you. Bought a brand new trailer, DVD stopped working after a week. It has been 4 months and I can't get a call back to bring it in for service. They finally fixed my DVD player, but now my small outside fridge stopped working. Found out it was an electrical problem. Went out on labor day weekend just to have the large indoor fridge go out. Mike Thompson wont take it in for service for 2 month, the warranty expires in 3 weeks. they know this but refuse to help.
My overall experience at Mike Thompson's has been terrible. We purchased our pop tent trailer at the end of April. Our sales person wasn't there for the walk thru and repairs needed to be done and the trailer was dirty. Mind you it's brand new. After an overnight stay we discovered lots of work needed to be done. Our trailer has lived it's majority of it's brand new ownership at Mike Thompson's Service. We have been making payments on it as well as paying for a storage unit that has gone unused. We have had to cancel trips. Our last drop off service date was June 8th. It's still there and the service work is not completed for a pick up that should have happened today. Sadly we had a friend buy a pop tent trailer after us (used) and they had a 5 star experience.
Dropped off my travel trailer middle of April 2017 that was purchased less than a year ago for repairing factory defects. Didn't get it back until June 27th. Repairs were done completed professionally or completely. The camper was dirty inside and out. Nothing that anyone should get after buying a camper with extended warranty.
Someone needs to inspect the work being done as a minimum whenever you have unprofessional staff not doing their job.
Service is the worse. If I had known how bad service was going to be on our coach I would have never purchased from Mike Thomson's RV Super Stores.
My coach has been at the Santa Fe Springs Service Dept. since 1-4-17 and was told when we dropped it off (had an appointment) that it would be 2 weeks. Here is it 2-16-17 and it is still there and have been asking for a follow up for two weeks and our service advisor does not return calls or emails and when I got our salesman involved and he personally has gone to them to follow up and still nothing even though they told him they were taking care of us.
Worst service ever! 3 weeks and still had not looked at the unit. No return phone calls and almost impossible to reach. It's been a nightmare! Wish I'd known about this before I bought from them. We had some extreme safety issues that needed repair. Run, run, run from this dealership!!!!
