Excellent Experience! We had been looking for a Tacoma and stopped in at Mike Wood Dealership. We were greeted by Matt, a knowledgeable energetic young salesman. We knew after talking with Matt that he would put forth the effort to find our Tacoma. We made a great deal and drove the truck home that night. A few days later we received a follow up phone call from Matt to see how we liked our truck and if there was anything else he could do for us. The wife and I bought a new GT86 over Labor Day weekend. Tom Trickett was excellent to work with, he even folded himself up in the backseat of the car to show us the roads around Uniontown (neither one of us are familiar with the area). We had reached out to multiple dealerships over the weekend trying to find a black two door standard car, the staff at MWTU where the only ones to respond during a holiday weekend. Working in the oilfield I can truely appreciate the dedication to their customers that gets you a response on a Sunday night in peak BBQ season! Props to their internet sale lady Mary who went the extra mile. Mike Wood himself even took the time to speak to us and give us a quick tour of the dealership, the passion is real from the top down.
Best car shopping experience ever! My salesperson (Amanda Little) is the best!. Hands down. And sales manager (Brandon Huseman) is top notch! Nobody really TRULY enjoys shopping for vehicles, but Mike Wood Toyota has definitely changed that. I will be getting my future vehicles from them!. They treat you like family! The kind you actually want to continue to talk to. A+ in my book!
I was over there today with my 07 Ford Edge and excellent shape and was offered $4,900 for it what an insult CarGurus has 07 Ford edges at dealerships in all of the surrounding areas blessed between 9 + $12,000 and they all had 92 130,000 miles on them mine has 87,000
Hayden Connor did an excellent job handling our deal. We found that so many other Toyota sales associates that we dealt with before making this purchase have an "our product sales itself attitude" leaving the consumer feeling as if their dollar/time is unimportant. Connor balances nicely the low-pressure atmosphere that today's Toyota customers want while still letting them know that they are important to him and have his full attention. Larry Welsh also assisted us and we found him to be more knowledgeable about Toyota's leasing program than any other dealership we visited in the WV/PA area which we found refreshing and it gave us the peace of mind that we needed to make the transition from financing to leasing. We hope to be Toyota customers for many years and our next lease will be with team at Mike Wood Toyota!
I came home from work tonight and we got my husbands plates in the mail with Temp registration till he can come home from New York and get them next month. He is working in New York so he called to see if they could speed up the process and they did. Thank you so much for all your help. We really appreciate it!
Our only disappointment was about the information regarding the audio system/CD player. I expected the system to include the navigation system. During our conversation with the sales rep I mentioned the GPS system, and I thought he told me that that would have to be loaded by way of my smart phone. Four days after we made the purchase (I was briefly hospitalized for a sudden illness), I had problems signing into the Entune system for Toyota, (audio plus GPS) and I was told when I called their customer service that it was not available for the vehicle we had bought. Yes, I was very disappointed. I admit that I obviously did not read the information closely enough, but also the sales rep (John Winwood) did not spell that out either. I may have very well decided to step up my purchase to the level that included that equipment.
Otherwise, that is the only serious problem we had with the service.
