Hi, I wanted to reach out and report deceptive business practice by Mossy Nissan on Poway rd. Not sure what the formal way to report is but wanted to write it down while fresh.
Evidently, you need to be a lawyer to do business here. After paying $300 for transmission service, I was also charged $150 for diagnostics which I was told would be waived if service is done at shop. I was told that I didn't do the recommended $5000 service. Wow. So unless you pay "a crap ton" or hire lawyer to write contract they "double dip". Both Darren (supervisor) and Joe (manager) would not budge on being deceptive. Seems like greedy tacktics. Customers should know upfront that only if you pay the highest price, the diagnostic will be waived.

We received a call that our car was finished after an oil change and tire rotation. About 45 minutes later we arrived; the car had been left running in 100+ heat, in the parking stall. I dropped my wife off and was going to wait in my car, FROM inside my car I hear a car engine racing at high RPM - I was absolutely SHOCKED that it was my car... This is unacceptable and irresponsible to leave a car running for over 45 minutes AND NO ONE AT THE DEALERSHIP HEARD IT - just think of what they do to your car when you aren't looking.
