Terrible experience with service, and maintenance! I drove the car off the lot on an empty tank of gas w/out knowing it. And car they sold me still needs repairs/parts, after I brought it home. They sold it to me with a nail in the tire, so they kept it an extra day to replace the tire. However, after tire replacement, they did not reset sensors, so it was sounding the tire pressure alarms. Took it to another Volkswagen repair, they reset the sensors but told me they couldn't stop the other alarm b/c it was an after market part installed by Mossy and sliced directly into the Volkswagen fuse box! This is something they were supposed to remove, before I drive off the lot. Today will be exactly 6 days since I bought the car and my 4th visit to Mossy for service/repairs! They have wasted a lot of my time and have the nerve to be unapologetic about it!Very disappointing experience. To add insult to injury, I live in PB, which is about 20 miles one way, and gave to waste 3-5 hours there today so they can undo whatever electrical hacking they did into the fuse box!!! All in all, not worth the headache! :(
It was a pleasent experience to deal with them. They are reasonable people. Kenny and V were very good sales consultant. Delivery process took a lot of time and the tire pressure was low when I drove my Passat off. I had to come back and get it checked. Apparently there were no mechanics (because it was Sunday). Anyways overall it was a great experience.
Overcharged /ripped off. Typical dealerships dirty business. I called ahead to get a rough estimate based on engine light code but rep wouldnt even listen to my request. He wanted the car in and 140$ for diagnosis.
Went for a check engine light which according to service rep should have been free and ended up changing the battery 220$ with retail value only 70$
