overall it was a A-OK.....i took a test drive and then went home to think about it...of course they would prefer me to instantly purchase the car...but that is not how i work...i have to think on it for a while ...stew on it ...etc...after three days i went back and purchased the car i test drove...i was happy with the process i mean it is a dealership so there were people ahead of me...but i had no problem with it...i dont care for how the warranty thing works..but that is not their fault. IT is how the warranty operates...now for one year i have two warranties on my vehicle ....i think it is total bull shit...but i guess that is how it works...other then that it was a good experience...i don't do well under pressure and i feel its my money my decision when i decide...Dan was a good guy...he did good...considering i am not an easy egg to break. all in all ten being the highest rank i give them an 8. ......one thing that kind of got my goat was i only got one set of keys and in order to get two sets of keys i would have to shell out around 300 to 400 for a spare key...this is the first time in my life i only got one set of keys...that made me unhappy....ugghhhh.
Amazing service!!! I'm a high school student who needed to trade in my car and I got a fair value for it. Great overall experience with purchasing a car through Mossy.
