I recently leased my second vehicle in 3 years at Music City Honda and had an amazing experience time. I had the pleasure of working with Melba Agee and Sales Manager Chris Anderson. I was looking to trade in a 2014 Honda Accord Sport for a 2017 HR-V EX. The deal took several days to complete as i am typically that skeptical customer who feels the sales person is trying to get the best of me. However this was not the case. Chris Anderson made my wife and i feel very comfortable with the deal we were receiving and we ultimately felt the peace we were looking for to help us move forward with the deal. He followed up with emails and 2 calls which helped greatly. We did not feel like we were being ripped off.
Thank you Chris and Music City Honda!

Come here in Feb and purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry with a down payment of $2,500. The salesman Chris was great. I received a call a month later from Norman explaining to me that the loan was denied because they gave them the wrong information as far as my lease and rent amount for my apartment. He had the nerve to ask if I could come into the dealership and I said no. He asked if my best friend that I came in with would cosign for the car but referred to him as my husband. I told him I was not married. He said "you came her with a gentleman so I assumed you were married but he won't cosign for the car?" Just rude. He said that he would give me a call in a couple of hours to set up a date and time for me to come in but never told me what I needed to come in for. He calls me back in less than 15 minutes and asked if I could fax a current paycheck stub so he can find me another lender. My tag expires in 3 days. I asked Norman why was my information sent over incorrectly and why did they let me drive off the lot? He told me that he didn't know why it's was inputted incorrectly and that everything was fine when I drove off the lot. It seemed suspicious because I was shown two cars and given a price for one then told the price offered was for another car. 5 hours later I was told the monthly note was higher before signing the contract. I'm giving them a chance to fix it or I'm calling my attorney to handle this. I will never do business with them again. They're very rude and unprofessional.
Music City Honda only cares about getting your money. They will lie and treat you like dog poo! They won't accept accountability with battery warranties and the manager or person above manager doesnt even have the guts to call back or even try to do the right thing! Low down!!!! Karma is real!
Carolyn, I apologize for any confusion about your battery situation. I would like to talk about it in person or by phone. Please call me on my cell @ 901.598.5726.
Music City Honda
I will never do business with this place again. For more than 10 years I was a Trickett Honda customer and never had any issues with them. When music city bought Trickett, they changed staff and when i went un for service, it was terrible.
My battery was having problems and still under warranty and still is but yet it sits in the back of my van as no manager or representative had or has the time or maybe doesnt care about its customers enough to return calls, emails, etc.
I am tired of dealing with people like this. They dont deserve my money!
Watch your step when you sit down in the finance office when buying a used vehicle at Music City Honda. Clear disclosure on the contract is not discussed at all and extra warranty services are stuck in jacking the price up. I understand consumer responsibility but you would also hope and trust that a customer would be treated respectfully through the whole buying process. Buying a new Honda may be different because rates and warranties are a little more clear but buying a used car from Music City Honda will leave you with the typical "used car dealer" experience.
