This was my first experience buying a brand new car. Being extremely petite, finding a car that sits high enough is difficult. Sanjay worked with us all afternoon and helped me through the process. He wasn't pushy at all, and wanted to make me feel comfortable with any decision I had to make. After everything was done, Sanjay took the time to go through all the features, buttons, etc. of my new car with me. Great customer service and such friendly staff - will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

I would recommend Music City Honda to anyone and everyone. I went in not knowing really what I was looking for, except that I needed a new car. My salesman, Keith, was phenomenal to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and got me exactly what I needed. After describing a couple things I like in a vehicle, his first recommendation was perfect for me. He also went above and beyond to explain all the perks and functions in my vehicle. The best part- there was no pushy selling from anyone on the team. Their manager, the gentleman with the slick cufflinks in finance, and other salesmen were all just kind and genuine. I have never had such a positive experience while buying a car.

Excellent service and great people. Josh Black is one of the best businessmen I have ever met. This is my fourth car dealing with him. Music City Honda best car dealership around. I recently leased my second vehicle in 3 years at Music City Honda and had an amazing experience time. I had the pleasure of working with Melba Agee and Sales Manager Chris Anderson. I was looking to trade in a 2014 Honda Accord Sport for a 2017 HR-V EX. The deal took several days to complete as i am typically that skeptical customer who feels the sales person is trying to get the best of me. However this was not the case. Chris Anderson made my wife and i feel very comfortable with the deal we were receiving and we ultimately felt the peace we were looking for to help us move forward with the deal. He followed up with emails and 2 calls which helped greatly. We did not feel like we were being ripped off.

Come here in Feb and purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry with a down payment of $2,500. The salesman Chris was great. I received a call a month later from Norman explaining to me that the loan was denied because they gave them the wrong information as far as my lease and rent amount for my apartment. He had the nerve to ask if I could come into the dealership and I said no. He asked if my best friend that I came in with would cosign for the car but referred to him as my husband. I told him I was not married. He said "you came her with a gentleman so I assumed you were married but he won't cosign for the car?" Just rude. He said that he would give me a call in a couple of hours to set up a date and time for me to come in but never told me what I needed to come in for. He calls me back in less than 15 minutes and asked if I could fax a current paycheck stub so he can find me another lender. My tag expires in 3 days. I asked Norman why was my information sent over incorrectly and why did they let me drive off the lot? He told me that he didn't know why it's was inputted incorrectly and that everything was fine when I drove off the lot. It seemed suspicious because I was shown two cars and given a price for one then told the price offered was for another car. 5 hours later I was told the monthly note was higher before signing the contract. I'm giving them a chance to fix it or I'm calling my attorney to handle this. I will never do business with them again. They're very rude and unprofessional.
