Overall it was an extremely positive experience that was completed in a short time frame. I feel that there could have been a little more clearer explanation with process as I made it extremely clear that this was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. However, if it wasn't for Sid coming and helping me the second time I went into Hyundai I probably would not have ended up with a car from there as the first salesman I dealt with was extremely pushy
I found the staff helpful and offering good customer service from the minute I had made an enquiry great to meet staff that treated you like a customer and Sid was extremely pleasant and helpful in assisting with my recent purchase
Great customer service. The only reason I could not rate as excellent was due to the delay in delivery-which was due to a hailstorm. Very happy overall.

The only improvement I suggest is to deliver the car with full tank like other dealers. In my case the tank was only half full.
