Thanks for understanding and respecting our stated use for the car as a basic runabout and not pushing extras on us. The whole transaction was easy. The kids play area, balloons and ribbon on the car was a nice touch also, plus the family pic. It was much appreciated and different to what I was expecting given our previous experience of buying a new car which was a headache. Would recommend.
Sid was very professional and efficient. He took care of all my requests for my new car in a timely and professional manner.
Just two things - it appears that the car windows were not cleaned properly. I didn't noticed much when I collected my car because it was late afternoon and became dark. But in the next morning I drove the car, my friend asked me if the car was cleaned before pick-up because the windows were not clean, which I could notice too. Another issue is a minor one - there was a scratch on the inside door handle (to the driver seat) when I did the test driving, which was promised to be removed when I collected the car. However, it is still there.
Overall it was an extremely positive experience that was completed in a short time frame. I feel that there could have been a little more clearer explanation with process as I made it extremely clear that this was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. However, if it wasn't for Sid coming and helping me the second time I went into Hyundai I probably would not have ended up with a car from there as the first salesman I dealt with was extremely pushy
Having set my foot in Australia a couple of weeks ago, I was looking at buying my first car here. Sid took the time to give me all possible options. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly. I highly recommend Seyed (Sid). A big thank you to Sid.
Good experience overall. Sid explained features of the car in detail, answered all my queries fully, completed the handover process quickly. I was quite happy with the experience.
The only improvement I suggest is to deliver the car with full tank like other dealers. In my case the tank was only half full.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great sales folk and I was prileveged to have the General Manager, David Beverley look afte me as it wS a busy sales when I came in.. He even did the car delivery personally and sat in the new car and went all featues and controls. Even set up my iphone connection. Delighted also with the no fuss deal and trade-in duscussions. I am pleased withe deal . The care was presented in immaculate condition for me to drive away in.
No complaints. Sid was a patient, informative and attentive salesperson, who was willing to make an effort to keep me happy and also be reasonably flexible in terms of price etc. I have found the opposite when dealing with some other salespeople from other dealerships. Sid also made an effort to stay back a bit later on a busy Friday afternoon so that he could finalise my delivery before the Christmas break which I really appreciated, as I only gave him very short notice that I wanted him to do so. I would and will recommend him to others. Cheers.
