National Capital Toyota has been very accommodating from the start. John, the sales person has been very patient with my requests. Therefore, I would like to recognize his professionalism and great communication. Although I believe that they have been fantastic all through out my process of buying a car, there will always be a room for improvement and I know that they will continue to strive for the best. To have this extremely enjoyable process come to fruition in the form of a wrapped and ribboned car at the finish was simply fabulous. To quote the add "I am still feeling it" (and will be feeling it for a very long time) is exactly how I feel. Marco and Matt made me feel like I am was a valued family member of the Toyota establishment at Tuggeranong. Sandy, who thinks the car is absolutely beautiful, and I are wrapt in the service and the product. We were given a resounding "Congratulations" at the end but I think Marco and Matt deserve a huge thanks for their friendliness, helpfulness and expert advice. I am extremely happy to recommend the sales team at National Capital Toyota because it was a an absolute pleasure to deal with them. I look forward to meeting them again when I get the car serviced. I should specially thank John Rickman for his excellent work in helping me to secure this car. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through him specially for his excellent service and professionalism throughout.
- Overall a good experience; the salesman was honest and helpful.
- Financial advice was not delivered in a very friendly manner - I felt rather patronized, and the staff member even seemed a bit suspicious of me, not sure why. I can only think maybe I'm unusually ignorant when it comes to finance, but that's no reason to disrespect a client.
- Waiting times were sometimes a bit too long, but I understand it was a busy time and I myself was not always punctual.
- It was a bit off-putting to be tempted into buying several add-ons (tinted windows, fabric sealant and glass coating) *after* settling the price of the car. The staff member delivered this question in the nicest possible manner, but I don't envy her job! It must make some customers bristle.
