Mine was a most disagreeable experience with Parry NQ.
In the process of buying my 2nd hand 2019 Nissan Qashqai in January of 2020, it was pointed out to the salesman that dog hair seen throughout front and back needed to be removed when detailing was done and a request was made for paint chips on the bonnet to be touched up. He assured me that interior detailing would be thorough and paint chips would be fixed.
On the day nominated to pick my new car up, it was clear the upholestry overall had not been cleaned properly, front seat upholstery, between the seat and back rest, had not been cleaned at all (this could be seen as soon as car door was opened), dog hair - pointed out prior to purchase - was still visible, and paint chips were not touched up as promised. I informed the salesman I would not accept the vehicle in such condition, that the detailing job was very sub-standard, that I expected the car to be spotless and promised paint touch-ups must be done. After initial “attitude” from the salesman, he agreed the interior detailing was not up to standard, and gave assurance ‘on his word’ this would be done again, thoroughly.
I was subsequently advised my car was ready to collect, that he and Parry’s Client Care Manager had inspected and passed the 2nd interior detailing job on my new car by Parry NQ’s appointed vehicle detailers.
On the 2nd attempt to pick my vehicle up, an alternate salesman informed me the initial salesman ‘had popped out to refuel a car and would be back in a jiffy’. I was at the car yard about an hour - the salesman did not return.
Again, the interior was still not cleaned appropriately. When challenged with this, the alternate salesman stated "it's clean enough for a 2nd hand vehicle".
Therein lies the attitude of Parry NQ it appears, when buying a 2nd hand vehicle. More than happy to take my money, however, no ethics, integrity or respect when you’re not buying a new car.
Contact and communication throughout was dismal…I did all the follow-up, to stay on top of things and to find out where things were at. Contract set-out was appalling…figures didn't tally or make sense, with no clarity or accountability of what the amounts were about. I had to make phone calls to understand what their accounting was about.
I most certainly will not do business with Parry NQ again and surely will not have my Qashqai serviced with them.
I share this experience with family, friends and others and will continue to recommend against Parry NQ and share my negative experience on social media platforms.

We purchased a brand new Nissan Xtrail Ti in March 2019. Since we have had this vehicle the problems of which we have had range from, scratches on vehicle upon pick up, badge not fitted, Bluetooth not connecting, USB port not connecting, radio randomly turning off, gps out of date, drivers seat loose and rattling (this took numerous visits to fix), automatic braking would occur when entering shopping centres which was frightening, this was eventually fixed on a recall, but in the meantime staff said “just go really slow when entering it’s a known problem”. Battery when serviced at a different mechanics advise battery was of poor charge. Today is a new issue, we now have a sensor issue that needs to be replaced, this controls the automatic braking system (which was meant to be fixed last time they had it). Additionally to these issues I have encountered the most patronising and non empathetic staff. The dealer principal of whom I have requested a call back from several times simply ignores any messages. We are absolutely disappointed and most disgusted on the lack of care they have towards customers who clearly have a lemon car. I would most certainly not purchase a car through this company ever again, once it leaves the lot, you are on your own to battle it out with any issues you have.

I brought a Nissan Qashqai from Katrina a month ago, I couldn’t recommend Kat enough. Such a nice young lady who was only to happy to help in any way possible. Ringing me to see if everything was ok, couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Katrina & Parry NQ.

I unfortunately have to add to the long list of bad reviews on this page. I was really hoping this place would prove to be better then its reviews. How silly of me. I've never been treated more disrespectfully then I was treated here. I was looking at and put a deposit on a 2012 used Toyota Kluger and was being dealt with by the salesman Anthony Lee. I wont go into full detail but he was unprofessional and rude. I applied for finance and was not told about all the fees that would be included. Not that I have a problem with fees that go along with every loan in the world pretty much, I have a problem with being lied to and taken full advantage of. I'm all about second chances and giving businesses the option to make things right but when I went to the manager (Matt Shines), after calling multiple times and not getting a call back, about how I was treated and how I wasnt happy he basically fluffed me off, wouldnt listen to my side of the story, said 'whatever' and said "I'm letting you off the hook"....which I'm still a bit confused about as nothing was ever signed but thats besides the point. He had his mind made up before he even met or spoke with me. They are completely okay with making their customers uncomfortable and letting them leave unhappy. Please take mine and all the other reviews seriously as they are all warranted. I'm more then happy for anyone to message me if they would like to know more about my experience.

Paul Dunstan our salesman was extremely helpful in our journey to procure a new vehicle. He kept us fully informed on every step of the process. The only negative was the discrepancy between our valuation of our trade-in, I valued our 2006 Kia Rio at $20000, the dealership had a different opinion.:grinning::grinning:
