Terrible customer service! Spoke to someone today pertaining to buying a car and there was absolutely no customer etiquette! The man was only concerned about making a sale and not the least bit interested in how he could help us out. It is such a shame given that people especially families love the Toyota brand and the brand holds its values high. We literally got told that if we were not going to accept their offer we shouldn't bother calling back and when we mentioned of another dealership offering us a better deal we got told that we should go there and not waste anyone's time. Such a joke! Isn't the whole point of your job to give time to hear the customer's needs and try to help them out. We ended up calling Cranbourne Toyota and it was such a plesant turn around.
Dian was fantastic to deal with straight from the get go! Very informative and professional, he also wasn't pushy like your typical care salesmen. I would definetly be recommend the dealership to family and friends.
The worst experience I have ever had ! The staff are very rude especially Denise Singh, the manager is even worse! Making fun of customer, screaming at me for asking questions! What the hell? Very shifty, rude customer service, screaming at customer! I would rather take my money somewhere else! Plz don’t waste ur time !
