I have a Nisan Versa that I purchased from Pedder Nissan 2 years ago. The transmission went out at 12,000 miles and again at 46,000 miles. The vehicle has power issues and is unsafe. I have found nothing but a brick wall when attempting to talk to the dealership. They do not return calls, they pass the buck and no one seems to care about customer safety. Finally, the Corporate office agreed with me that the vehicle is unsafe and will buyback the car. But here we go again, the corporate office can not complete the paperwork without something from Pedder Nissan Finance and would you believe it? Its been a week and they are still waiting. The corporate office says they keep calling the dealership, but still crickets from Pedder Nissan.
They were so happy to take my money, rang a bell, woohoo we sold a car. But once you drive away from the dealership, don't ask them for anything, because they do not care about you.
The people in the service department are very friendly and seem to do a good job, but Management, Sales, Finance are the worst I have ever dealt with. I am a disabled veteran on a limited income, I am stuck with a car I can not drive because Pedder Nissan does not care about anything but taking your money. I will tell every veteran, no I will tell every person that will listen, to avoid this dealership. Yelp, Veteran organizations, BBB, they are all going to get my opinion on this dealership.
Oh and if you are looking to get into a Nissan, forget it they are using a transmission that they are having a ton of problems with. Do not buy a car with a CVT. JUNK
