After the Recall for my Toyota GTS86 - the following issues occurred
- When I picked up the car, they didnt pull the hand break up and it wasn't locked, it was parked in their customer parking away from the service centre
- they damaged my alarm which would not arm or let me lock the doors (the alarm was installed by Toyota when I purchased the car new)
After excessive persistence they agreed to look at my alarm.
- They fixed the alarm and i had to argue to get a hire car free of charge
- I told them the check engine light and warning was now on when i start the car and they dismissed this was their fault. it never happens previously
I'll never go back to Penrith Toyota (Kingswood NSW)
they are rude, unhelpful people who have no care for your car at all
