Sales Person attending me were helpful, friendly and in excellent patience manners, especially Paul. He demonstrates handling my silly..tiny.. may be a little stupid questions in a very professional way when he was giving me tutorial with my new car.

My experience was amazing from the day I enter the showroom. I enter with lots of confusion and exit with confident and happy mood as the Hyundai team created a homely environment and dealt professionally.
I have purchased several cars in my life time and Avi's service and attention to detail was by far the best ever. He even sent me a personalised video of an iron grey i30 as I had not seen that shade before and there was not one in the show room to display. All explanations he gave were clear and he was very personable.Thank you !
I had a very poor experience yesterday. I was told to be there strictly by 5 to pick up my car, but it wasn't ready for me until 5.25! During the time I was waiting nobody came to speak to me about the delay - instead the men behind the counter (and they were all men!) seemed way more interested in having loud jokey conversations about burning tyres, cars driving too fast etc etc. very alienating - particularly as a woman. Then when I was given my bill I had been charged for the service, which should have been free. Luckily I realised just before my card was swiped. In the morning I had also asked for advice about a body works service to fix a bump, but that was forgotten. I've always had an excellent experience before. This was disappointing.
