No matter where i live around Sydney. I take my time out to get my car serviced from Phill Gilbert Lidcombe. Very efficient pick and drop service. Sales person Clifton is very friendly. 5 stars service. More than satisfied with the service every time.:blush:
This was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Allen was engaging and helpful and didn't pressure us into buying. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and there was a nice ritual when we collected the car, with Allen even going to the trouble of bringing some fresh balloons so we could recreate the event for our son. A positive experience.

It was a good experience for the first buyer like me. Sales person was friendly and helpful from starting to end of the deal.
The service itself was fine (albeit the wash left some dirt on the back of my car but it’s a complimentary part of the service so I don’t have high expectations) however when I followed up because I was concerned about some damage to my car that had not been recorded, the manager (not the service advisor) was so patronising and dismissive that it was only after consulting with another person that I decided he had actually told me the truth and the damage to my car was unlikely to have resulted from the service. It’s not that what he told me was incorrect but his attitude and communication style were so poor that I obviously didn’t feel that he was trustworthy. I’ve not had consistent good experiences with this service centre and am considering going significantly out of my way to try the one at Lidcombe instead.
No problems. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
