Have to improve the customers service at the front immediately. Yesterday l went to pick-up my car i feel very bad. They are let me wait for 40 minutes without arking me what l want.i l waiting until i get angry and go to ark them.
Car was returned with a small dent on front passenger door. appears to be hit with a tool as its too high for an impact with another door or pillar. This is the second car that has had similar damage. Also my dash camera is always disconnected at the power when the vehicle is serviced. Not something that inspires confidence when many workplaces have cameras, therefore staff servicing the cars should not be concerned about privacy. Ultimately the dash cam serves to protect the driver (who ever it is) from liability in the event of an incident.
