Furiously unsatisfied with the service provided by your dealers. First time when the salesman told me to collect my car was suppose to be on 17th February 2018, but was delayed becaused he said it was not ready by the date. Second time collection delayed, was suppose to be collected on 24th February, but the salesman did not inform me in advance for my car is still not ready to collect, i was informed in the morning when i had already managed my schedule to collect it. When my car was ready to be collect, the salesman also did not informed me in advance, he told me to pick up my car urgently for it is ready while I was working and did not had any time to rearrange my schedule for it. This event of experience was totally ridiculous, but the after sales service from your dealer is worse. First, upon my collection of my car, there was a scratch on the canopy. The dealer had already delayed my collection for such a long period, and yet, there are defects upon collection. Second, the roof rack is ridiculously unacceptable. It was totally not balanced when i tried to load it. And the maximum weight of the roof rack was only 90kg, the extra options available for the car i have choosen, and he taken note of, was not as told. When I inquired with the salesman upon this matter, his reply was ridiculously unacceptable. He told me that the unbalanced roof rack is the factory design, and if I am not satisfied, i should look for other sources to fix the problem. The overall experience of this trade is unreasonably unaccectable.
