We wanted a clip replaced on the drivers side front panel as it has come adrift. When I picked up the car the report said thst we had to go back to our panel shop. Problem is that we have never been to any panel shop for any repairs on the car.
Very smooth transition from old to new cars. Helpful staff kept me informed along the way. Delivery took 3 weeks which was a little longer than promised however.
Excellent salesman and efficient work
Making the appointment was seamless. Checking in was fast and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and efficient. My only tiny niggle is that the camera’s charger cord was not reattached after the interior clean.
John and everybody else we dealt with were always helpful, polite and patient.
Phil Heaslip was a complete gentleman during the whole transaction, he made the whole process easy and stress free. I’ve dealt with a few car salesmen in the past and Phil is the best by far.

They were running a bit late nearly an hour which was irritating but it happens!
The service was pretty good as usual, there was just one miscommunication which was frustrating. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and came in Saturday morning. When I gave my name I was told to take a seat. I waited for 45min and asked about my car again and it was ready the whole time.
These things happen, but I was late to where I needed to be because of this.
