This is my first time to deal with this car sales company . I found them very reasonable and competitive.I would specially thank salesperson Mohammad for his professionalism and sincerity. I would recommend other people to buy car from them.
The overall experience was fairly poor as I was told to come at 4pm to pick up the car. I came at 4.05pm and the service man said the car would be 10min as its in a car wash. The car wasn't ready until 5pm! I complained about the wait time and asked why they couldn't give me a courtesy call to say that it was running late and won't be ready until 5pm. I didn't think that was an unreasonable request and is fairly common with customer service provided by other companies. The service man then said they couldn't keep track of the car progress as they were understaffed and didn't have enough resources in the car wash area. This is fairly poor service as I personally lost an hour of trade waiting around in your service lobby area, because no one in your team could be bothered to keep track of my car and give me a courtesy call that it is running late! An apology and shrug of the shoulders was all I recieved as a response. Terrible service! It seemed you overbooked that day and were understaffed in which case you need to better manage your appointments or call your clients to inform that you may be running late. I paid a terrible amount of my money for my car service which should guaranteed a far greater customer experience. Not that difficult Toyota!
