I didn't get the 15% discount on service, as promised (for service life of car) when I purchased vehicle. This was disappointing. Also disappointing was the fact that I was told my car would be ready at 4pm (1:30pm appointment), this was longer than what I was told on the phone when making the booking (was told service takes 1.5 hours). My car was ready at 3:30pm. Ron Everret, the courtesy driver who dropped me off and who later picked me up, is fantastic; give him a raise. Peter, at the service counter, was good too.
