Over all team was very good from the time we started the process from viewing till the delivery of the vehicle. It started with Fery Tjin, Nick and Andrew, all of them where very good in helping the process to go very smooth. I had no problems and experience was very satisfactory.

I was called for factory recall service at the same time my service falls due so combined both and booked for servicing she told me the charges as $ 230.00 and 6 hours waiting.
When I am dropping the car for servicing on that day the advisor asked me to sign a form.
In the form engine clean was added $ 144.00 + $ 230.00 for servicing and explained to me as it is needed to be done once in four years
I told him that when I booked for servicing they charge me $ 230.00. Now you add me extra $ 144.00. Not fare

I servicing my car in the same place since I purchased in 2010.
Ok I don’t want to go back and agree to signed leave the car for servicing / recall at 08.00 am catch the courtesy bus to drop me at Burwood station.
Around 11.09 am I received a call from service desk that my brake pads need to be change as mentioned by the technician doing the servicing my car and cost me another $ 250.00 on top of the above $ 230.90
+ $ 144.00
Then she told me that if I don’t want to change the brake pads here you can do it outside somewhere.
I am asking you now in this survey.
Then why l came to servicing my car here since I purchase?
If I want to go somewhere for service then I booked just for factory recall finish.
Honestly speaking if I know the servicing charge at the time of booking I would like to go somewhere like NRMA fixed price servicing where my friends getting done their Car’s.
At the time of booking when you got rego.
You have everything you need saying that date of purchase,last servicing and next servicing due then why charge me one price at time of booking and adding extra for engine cleaning when leaving the car added more for brake pads in the middle of servicing.
Not happy at all.
Think like you are a customer shopping and offered one price in the beginning and charge more than double the amount offered will you be happy or how do you feel like.
