I am unable to rate on the quality of work because I would need to be a car mechanic in order to answer correctly your question. Otherwise, car was cleaner that it was when I brought it in. Thank you. Waited about 30 min as car was already in car park ready for hand over. Appart from that, all good :ok_hand:

Was very unhappy.
They said that they checked my side air bags
And when I got back to the car the piece that holds the air bag up was detached and falling down.
I went back inside as I was under the impression it just wasn’t put in properly.
A worker came out and just tried to pop it back in.
I left thinking maybe it was in, as I drove away and stuck in peak hour traffic it dropped down again.
I showed my husband when I got home, and he said that it’s definetly broken and that I should take it back for you to fix what you broke.
After spending $320 for a service I take my car home with a piece broken.
It is already hard enough for me to get my car there and leave my car there for a day aswell as I rely heavily on having a car.
So to take it back is a big nuisance for me. So because of this poor treatment and the Toyota service people not wanting to fix what they broke and trying to get away with it, I will not be taking my car back to Phil Gilbert Lidcombe for a service.
I did not even bother calling the service store because they would just expect me to bring my car back but I shouldn’t be put in a situation like this because they shouldn’t be breaking parts of my car when I’m paying money for a service.

Great service. I felt that the team from the sales Person James to the manager Phill and finance Karen all work together as a great team to get things done
The guys listen to what I wanted and what I wanted to achieve and then delivered. I really enjoyed James sales techniques where he gave me all the option available to me and allowed me to chose what I needed
