I'm so glad I went to Phil Gilbert motors I walked in to purchase a car for my daughter. The sales rep Eddy that looked after us gave us the best advice on the safest & most efficient car for her he was quick & caring in looking after us the car was ready in time for her birthday. Eddy helped us surprise her at Toyota with red carpet out a ribbon on & balloons my daughter was surprised thank you I'll be recommending all my family & friends to phil gilbert motors. Service was excellent especially ur service advisor, Clinton. However I have to email/phone in after I was advised that I have to change my initial booking as Toyota is heavily booked. I changed my date as advised by Helin and after that, there was no reply until I have to phone Toyota again. Only then I was given a new date.

My car was ready at 10.40AM (parked at the compound), but was the last to receive the keys (as I was waiting for my car at the service centre) between me and two other customers who came later than me. I got the keys roughly at 11.20AM. Had to prompt the reception to get my keys.
The above is applied if customer service (front end) is concerned. If not, then my comments should not be of a major concern.
Also, I found a few white marks on my car after the car wash service, which was easily rubbed off. Attention to detail is not present at that point by the service team.
However, this is the 2nd time (out of 2 times I've sent the car in) I felt like I've received an unpleasant experience and am beginning to think the after sales service is questionable. This has led me to seek out other cars to purchase in the future.
On a side note, there was a blackout earlier on the day, and it was handled professionally. I was happy there was a follow up call, though.
