sold car 5/10/17 with cracked windshield (not visisble) from driver side. very well visible from passenger side (which the salesman sat in front seat). returned to dealership on 5/11/17 @3:30pm. I had prior engagements on 5/11/17 so I came as soon as I could.. upon arrival I was told "crack happened outside of dealership, but call around and we'll try and give you the best price." I thought it was gonna be a easy fix. I went to this dealership even when advised not too. should've listened
Our experience was actually well! The price advertised was the price we payed for the car plus taxes and registration. Upon walking in, our first impression when dealing with Curtis was great, he was honest and upfront about everything, he even offered to take care of a few minor things on the car per my request. When I buy my next car I will go to Prestige auto and ask for Curtis.
