In January 2017, I purchased my brand new 2017 KIA SOUL at Prestige Auto. I LOVE it! Amy and everyone at Prestige is so nice and my experience was Great! I got my first oil change at Prestige and it was a very pleasant experience. While on a trip, I unfortunately, stopped and got my second oil change at a different place. They botched IT! I was So upset---my brand new car was leaking oil! I came to Prestige early in the morning, as they just opened, with no appointment and explained my problem to the service coordinator. He is the nicest young man, named Akenya. I told him how upset I was and he was so understanding and so personable and said they could take a look at my car. I was So happy and grateful! Prestige is lucky to have Akenya, he is really the BEST--- professional and kind! My car is all fixed---the other place put the wrong gasket and wrong filter on----Prestige fixed it all and my experience was excellent! I will Always be getting my oil changed at Prestige from now on--lesson learned!
