We have a 2012 Sportage, my service engine light came on so we took it and had it scanned locally and they said it was the timing chain/belt. They said to take it to the dealership. We called they scheduled us for a Wed.it would be a 5 hour job, before they would order parts we had to pay for them so we did. We took the vehicle there on Tuesday evening so they would have it first thing in the morning. Asked them to change our landline number to my cell and they said they couldn't because their program was too old so i said well you need to contact us on my cell they said ok, and supposedly put it in the system. They said they tried to call us 3 times that day...yep on the wrong number so we had no communication with them all day so we called them which takes 2-3 times of getting an answering machine then finally having to get upset and ask to talk to a person. Well this went on for 3 days...poor communication, didn't know what was really wrong, couldn't figure it out so tried something else, that didn't work but they charged us for part and labor, the horrid story goes on and on....finally Friday morning we call again and they said they are having trouble putting it back together...what? They said it should be done around 1, call back then, ok 3 more calls to get to talk to a person, we head there which is over an hour drive, and they charged us for the parts we paid for in the first place-double billed us, I pulled my bank account up on my phone and proved it and she said, well I'm not trying to pull anything on you but i got a note here saying the bank sent it back. Finally the accounting guy came out and cleared it up, yep her not knowing how to read the invoices so billed us again. there was other charges that shouldn't have been on there too. It was a 30-45 minute heated discussion and the service manager couldn't really explain a thing. It was a horrible experience. This isn't the first time with poor, horrible service there. One time we had a warranty tire, we had to pay for the warranty tire and get reimbursed, which took 10 months and we had to keep calling every couple weeks. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We are really thinking about trading our car in because we never want to deal with the service there again. It's just horrible because we really do like the vehicle.

I was on my way to MN from Racine, Wi and my oil light came on in Eau Claire. I brought my car into Prestige cause it wasn't holding oil. They told me it would be a 4 hour job. 5 hours later they called to tell me they ran into a problem and it wouldn't be done until the following day. I went to go get my suitcase out of my car and my car was parked outside. There were 2 more hours left before closing! The next day they called to tell me they were still having problems getting bolts out of the housing. A 4 hour job turned into a 2 day job. Was told my car would be vacuumed and washed! It wasn't. I missed 2 days of work in MN because they obviously aren't trained on taking bolts out and would rather all stand around singing than to do their job. Would NEVER go back there and wouldn't recommend the place to ANYONE!

We were there at 12.55 pm and no one seemed to want to show us anything- we went to the front desk- no one there- went back through the sales area- no one so much as said hello- we went out and spent ten minutes walking through the lot- nothing or no one seemed to be interested in us or talking to us- pretty disappointing since we drove from Neillsville- I am not at all happy with Prestige- I guess maybe we didn't look prestigious enough to be noticed and waited on.

Bought a vehicle from them in April, loud knock when we started it, call and brought it in and wanted an oil change too, after a few day we called, got some lame excuse, long story short 5 days later we were told it was a defective fuel pump, it would be done in a few days,then came the day it was done we looked at our car and it looked like someone drove it down a 50 mile dirt road. We payed for the oil change and went home.
As we are putting our shopping bags in the back, all these bolts came rolling out as we opened the tailgate and there sits our under carriage from under our hood.... WHAT, for one why would they need to take that off to replace a fuel pump? And why was it not put back on?
With further investigation a oil change comes with a hand wash...
After many calls and emails, we brought it back to have the piece put back on, when my husband got there he was not treated real well and they wondered why he was back???
Thinking this situation over and may need to find another Kis dealer to deal with!!!!
Really wondering if we just made a big mistake

I went to Prestige with every intention of purchasing a vehicle. I walked into the store and stood by the front desk for a good 10-15 minutes and never received a greeting or acknowledgment from any employees. After 15 minutes I sat kitty corner at a table across from the front desk for well over an hour. Not ONE person acknowledged my presence. Several Sales Associates passed by me, but not one stopped to see if I needed anything. After an hour I left and headed across town and took my business to a competitor and purchased a nice 2015 vehicle. Too Bad, Prestige.

I went and I went in to buy a car there was a mistake name in the buying of the car will it back the following Saturday and these people when totally out of their way to accommodate us I am totally satisfied and it will be a repeat customer I recommend Prestige Kia that anyone and I love my car
