I went and I went in to buy a car there was a mistake name in the buying of the car will it back the following Saturday and these people when totally out of their way to accommodate us I am totally satisfied and it will be a repeat customer I recommend Prestige Kia that anyone and I love my car

In January 2017, I purchased my brand new 2017 KIA SOUL at Prestige Auto. I LOVE it! Amy and everyone at Prestige is so nice and my experience was Great! I got my first oil change at Prestige and it was a very pleasant experience. While on a trip, I unfortunately, stopped and got my second oil change at a different place. They botched IT! I was So upset---my brand new car was leaking oil! I came to Prestige early in the morning, as they just opened, with no appointment and explained my problem to the service coordinator. He is the nicest young man, named Akenya. I told him how upset I was and he was so understanding and so personable and said they could take a look at my car. I was So happy and grateful! Prestige is lucky to have Akenya, he is really the BEST--- professional and kind! My car is all fixed---the other place put the wrong gasket and wrong filter on----Prestige fixed it all and my experience was excellent! I will Always be getting my oil changed at Prestige from now on--lesson learned!

First I will say that Alexis my sales person was awesome. However the service ended there. The sales manager Todd Nelson was extremely rude and unprofessional when a problem arose with remote keyless entry on my 2009 Dodge Ram that I purchased under the impression from their website that the vehicle had it installed. Todd had Alexis call to tell me there was no remote entry on that vehicle, and they wouldn't be putting any on. I told them that was unacceptable and told her to tell her manager that I wasn't accepting that. A few minutes later Todd Nelson called to tell me there was nothing he was going to do to solve this issue and just cause it was on the website doesn't mean it has keyless entry, and it was just a standard thing to put it on there website and not check the options on the vehicle. Even though the keys I used to test drive the vehicle had a key fob for keyless entry on it, however come to find out it was just a old FORD key fob someone "mistakenly" placed on the key. I of course was furious at this point and requested to speak with his manager and was told no he is busy and I would receive a call later. I requested his voice mail instead and again Todd Nelson refused and told me he was not going to do that and abruptly hung up. A few minutes later after I am sure a conversation with his manager Todd Nelson called again first to sarcastically apologize and try to explain why he was upset and rude, and that they would be covering the cost of having an aftermarket keyless entry installed. Having the keyless entry installed by a secondary person soon, however doesn't excuse being talked to like I am stupid and being berated just to try and save a few bucks on your mistake. All the while my new truck is in there service shop having "Body work done to FIX the front bumper" this was included by Todd Nelson when I made the deal not 5 days earlier. His idea for fixing the pitting and rust was to has somebody half ass paint over the rust. They didn't even remove the dent in the bumper. When I got the truck back I called the so called customer service rep and got her voice mail left a message and sent an email still have heard no response. I will tell you BUYER BEWARE this place is terrible. The customer service, aside from Alexis and the very friendly people in the service department, was atrocious and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone let alone friends and family. If they treat you like their neighbors I would move immediately.
