Elaine was our sales rep. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We received her full attention while we were there. She made sure the cars were ready for test driving without a long wait. She explained the new features in detail while test driving the cars. Before we drove our new car away, she helped pair our cell phones and download the address book from phone to car. Most importantly, we were given a fair price over the initial phone call. We received quotes from multiple sources and knew a good deal when we saw it. We purchased the car without going into haggling or guessing games.
Richie, the Business Manager processed the purchasing paper and explained all the numbers in detail and easy to understand manner. When we mentioned the $100 internet instant rebate, he took that off the purchasing price right away. He also emphasized the importance of the ExtraCare insurance.
Steve in the Parts Department went through all the optional accessories but did not put pressure on us. We requested HomeLink and Steve quoted a fair price with additional 10% off when we asked for the parts sale in advance.
We purchased our last car with Price Toyota in 2005 and were very satisfied with the experience. We have been very satisfied with the Service Department as well. We have had good experiences with every touch point in Service. All the service advisers we encountered were helpful - Noel particularly stood out.
We did shop around this time and would give Price Toyota an A rating (we would give other dealerships a C rating).
