I would highly recommend Price Acura. My service department experience far exceeded my expectations. Colleen Consalo provided the best customer service I have experienced in all the years of having my vehicles serviced at any dealer. I moved from Virginia where my vehicles were maintained by the local Acura dealer and the service was outstanding. This experience was superior. Having to drive from Harbeson, I will will make the hour drive for future maintenance needs
We had an excellent experience with Price today. Jason Blendowski was an exceptional salesman, and from his first greeting until we said goodbye we felt he had our best interests at heart. His manner was professional, yet also friendly which put us at ease. He was efficient and informative, inspiring trust in the company, as well. At no time did we feel as if we were being misled or pushed into a sale. We went there with the intent of only looking at a specific car, but because of Jason, ended up buying the car, very satisfied with our purchase.
We also had a good experience with Jim, in the financial transaction. He too balanced efficiency and professionalism with a friendly, easy manner.

Our son just purchased a Honda here. He was looking a few months ago and was now ready to buy. The entire sales process could not have gone better. There was no pressure - everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. On April 4, 2016, I surrendered my Acura Tl to Price for an airbag recall. They provided me a rental from Enterprise on their expense. I received a call from Shawn Betts on May 24th saying that the airbag had been replaced and that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, the car was clean and appeared to be well kept. The next day, as I arrived at work, I noticed a "blotch" of paint that looked like the coating was pealing off. I went over to Price after work & told them what I had noticed. They took pictures of it & had me wait to see what could be done about it. Shawn Doughtery, the service manager, approached me & stated that the damage consequently wasn't their fault. I started to get a little disturbed for I hadn't brought the car in damaged.He explained that the detail department cleaned in once, but not up to his expectations. He sent it back to them a second time. They power washed it, maybe not the whole car, but you can clearly see where the coating was peeling. In the end, he went "above and beyond" customer service satisfaction. He gave me a rental until the repairs were completed. He made sure I was leaving a satisfied customer. Kudos to Shawn D. Job well done!!
Not willing to help since the car they sold me less than a year ago had a defective airbag. They've called me twice saying it's done I get there and it's not done. Then I went back to the sales guy and he blew me off and wouldn't help me get into a new car that's safe.
Another great experience with the Price Auto Group, Roger was great to work with and went the extra mile to ensure that this vehicle fit my needs. Awesome Job!! Roger will be the first person I speak to as we need to replace other vehicles.
