On April 4, 2016, I surrendered my Acura Tl to Price for an airbag recall. They provided me a rental from Enterprise on their expense. I received a call from Shawn Betts on May 24th saying that the airbag had been replaced and that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, the car was clean and appeared to be well kept. The next day, as I arrived at work, I noticed a "blotch" of paint that looked like the coating was pealing off. I went over to Price after work & told them what I had noticed. They took pictures of it & had me wait to see what could be done about it. Shawn Doughtery, the service manager, approached me & stated that the damage consequently wasn't their fault. I started to get a little disturbed for I hadn't brought the car in damaged.He explained that the detail department cleaned in once, but not up to his expectations. He sent it back to them a second time. They power washed it, maybe not the whole car, but you can clearly see where the coating was peeling. In the end, he went "above and beyond" customer service satisfaction. He gave me a rental until the repairs were completed. He made sure I was leaving a satisfied customer. Kudos to Shawn D. Job well done!!
