Left our 2008 CR-V July 2 was told by Shawn Betts, A/C Repairs would be completed by Friday July 6 @ 5 due to July 4th holiday. We called on Friday July 6 @ 1 p.m.. Shawn was busy with other customer. Advisor who answered offered to help us and check on our repair status. On hold for a few minutes and advisor said: I CHECKED WITH KELLY (THE SERVICE SUPERVISOR), SHE SAID THE CAR IS IN THE SHOP AND WILL BE DONE BY CLOSING OR BEFORE AND I'LL HAVE SHAWN CALL YOU AS SOON AS IT DONE. I SAID THANK YOU AND HUNG UP. >>>>>SHAWN CALLS AT 5 AND SAYS OUR CAR WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL SATURDAY AT CLOSING BECAUSE THE PARTS CAME LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. JUST ON A HUNCH I SAID: MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE LOT ALL DAY, MY GRANDSON SAW IT. I WAS JUST BLUFFING AND SHE SAID: THAT'S RIGHT. I THEN ASKED HER WHY KELLY RELAYED THE MESSAGE THROUGH THE OTHER ADVISOR THAT OUR CAR WAS IN THE SHOP AND ALMOST DONE. SHE FLAT OUT SAID: KELLY WOULD NEVER SAY THAT, THUS CALLING ME A LIAR. I TOLD HER WHEN I FIRST DROPPED THE CAR OFF THAT I RECORD ALL CALLS AND OUR CAR HAS VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AND PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG THE CAR CAMERAS. THEY LEFT THEM PLUGGED IN. BUT, I DO ALSO HAVE ALL THE CALLS WITH PRICE RECORDED AND I COULD PROVE THAT KELLY HAD RELAYED THE STATUS. SO SOMEONE IN PRICE SERVICE WAS MISLEADING MY WIFE AND I THROUGH THE ENTIRE REPAIR FIASCO. I ALSO CALLED ON JULY 4TH AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR SHAWN TO SAVE ALL OLD PARTS. ON FRIDAY AFTER HER INSULTING CALL AT 5, SHE TEXTED ME AND SAID; SHE JUST GOT THAT MY MESSAGE ABOUT THE PARTS AND I COULD ONLY HAVE THE A/C COMPRESSOR IF I PAID A CORE CHARGE ON TOP OF THE $1,491.00 REPAIR & $265.00 A/C DIAGNOSIS CHARGE. AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS REPAIR FOLEY, THE DIAGNOSIS COST WAS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REPAIR COSTS, NOT ADDED TO IT. I HAVE SAVED ALL TEXTS AND RECORDED CALLS. I WILL BE POSTING THE CALLS ON YOU TUBE & FACE BOOK, SO OTHERS WILL HAVE SOME IDEAS AS TO WHAT THEY SHOULD KEEP AWARE OF WHEN DEALING WITH PRICE SERVICE. WRAPPING UP; I WOULD HAVE GIVEN LESS STARS IF POSSIBLE BUT BRITTANY SALZANO & JASON WHERE EXTREMELY NICE WHEN WE FINALLY RETRIEVED OUR CAR ON JULY 7TH.
