I submitted a request online about a vehicle that I had interest in and wanted to trade my vehicle. I received some message from a salesman(Lance Cody) and followed up a couple months later. The salesman seem to be very encourage once I explained my situation. I was trying to sell my vehicle outright at one point and was asked by the salesman to call my finance company to get a 15 day payoff and I did and gave that information to him and waited to hear from him and waited. Called salesman and left message and no response. Final heard from salesman that my car was worth less then what I owe. Was asked by salesman to come in to try trade vehicle. Did the paperwork and was told that I fid get an approval from the bank, but it was late and I would have to wait until Monday. Called salesman and was told he was driving and would have to look it up to see what terms the bank approved me for. Never heard from salesman again. If you can't help me, the PROFESSIONAL thing to do is to let the customer now. I never received this courtesy. This person should have some sort customer service training. This has been my WORST experience with a car dealership. Went to Hall Acura and even though they couldn't help me at the present time. They were professional enough to sat down and tell me.
