My hubby and I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE last night. We were in the market 1st for a truck for the hubby, but after further consideration it was decided that it would be best to get a car. We spent 6 hours at the dealership on Saturday leaving very doubtful and discouraged that we couldn't get a car. After working with Kelan Robertson he changed our minds and was very, very understanding and so considerate of our personal issues. After changing Finance Managers because the 1st one that we had was the absolute worst, we sealed the deal with David Rios. Took a month to get my new car in for service, once i arrived for the 1030 appt it took over 3 hours for a simple 10,000 mile Service. Upon check in I requested a state inspection and was told the wait would be around 3 hours without it would be done in 45 min to an hour. I declined the state inspection for the sake of time. At 1215 the car finally gets to the lift and I am told it will take 45 min to an hour. Priority has lost this customer.
