Took a month to get my new car in for service, once i arrived for the 1030 appt it took over 3 hours for a simple 10,000 mile Service. Upon check in I requested a state inspection and was told the wait would be around 3 hours without it would be done in 45 min to an hour. I declined the state inspection for the sake of time. At 1215 the car finally gets to the lift and I am told it will take 45 min to an hour. Priority has lost this customer.
Mr. Fields handled my trade with utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It’s clear to see why this dealership retains customers for life! He was even great with helping to entertain my kids so I could sign paperwork. I had an excellent experience.
Return Customer at Priority, I worked with Sean "Kelso" Kelsey a few years ago, and thankfully he is still at this dealership. "Kelso" knows all Toyota models from the ground up and is Especially the Tundra/Taco Expert and once you make the first contact with him, he bust his butt to meet your needs! Ask for Sean Kelso and you won't be disappointed.
Jeritza DeJesus has been very professional at doing her job making a great experience for the people she has helped. The way she cares for the customers personally to make sure they're satisfaction is complete is amazing. It would behoove everyone, and I refer anyone who is looking for a vehicle of choice to go to her and you would come out the dealership satisfied

My family have been customers of Priority Toyota for over ten years and purchased four vehicles from here. We never experienced any major problems until our recent purchase of a certified used vehicle. The dealership never disclosed any information about major mechanical failures. However, it turns out the vehicle is defective but is covered under the manufactures warranty and also a purchased dealership warranty. Priority is refusing to correct the issues. I have scheduled multiple appointments with Priority Toyota and referred to Priority Chevy but I was refused service at both locations. I have been fighting all of these issues since the point of sale, which I was confident would be resolved properly. But unfortunately they're not resolved.
I made yet another pointless attempt at a resolution on Jan 26, 2018. A sales manager ask to drive the vehicle which, I agreed. He literally drove it extremely reckless, accelerating my tachometer to the maximum, endangering not only himself but me and my passengers. He was speeding excessively 75 MPH in a 55 MPH zone (which is an automatic felony) Removing both hands from the wheel at 75 mph while texting and using the phone without handsfree. He caused damage to my engine. It's running poorly, it's louder, it has a knock or lifter noise. None of this was nessacery to test the vehicle's suspension or steering.
Please be overcautious here. I recommend recording and documenting every single interaction. I regretfully paid $43,000 for this experience.

The easiest car buying experience ever.
I spoke to Hip (sales) and inquired Tacoma truck on display inside that was listed on internet last week. After letting Hip (sales) know that I am interested on the truck on display listed for $36852 listed on internet..schedule test drive this weekend then suddenly the price was change to $44099. I bought 5 vehicles in this dealership in the past. The 6th vehicle I bought in another Toyota dealer because this dealer didn’t treat me as value customer. I given this dealer another
chance but failed me again. I will not be going to this dealer ever again. I will be informing my family and friends to do the same.
