What I thought was a pleasant experience at first turned into me being required to pay additional money on my trade in and a late mark on my credit report. Priority was given the 15 day payoff and took 18 days to pay it. A $48 interest fee was added to the total and after contacting them I was told they were not paying the difference. After several failed attempts to reach the sales manager leaving voicemail's never returned I emailed customer service and still have not received a response. What a shame. With that kind of customer service I have bought my first and last car from Priority Toyota in Greenbrier.
