This is the very best experience that I have ever had in purchasing an automobile. The sales person (Jonathan Jaeger) greeted me upon arrival. He listened to what the need was and showed me the options. I was also introduced to the sales manager (Ron). The service department did a wonderful job cleaning the vehicle making it look like a new one..The delivery process of doing the paperwork went very smooth. I was treated with the highest respect with every person involved with the purchase. I will definetly refer Priority Toyota to my family and friends..

This was a very quick and friendly experience. I loved Kalinda and how friendly and fun she was.The only thing I wish would of been done differently is in the signing of the paperwork I wish the actual contract would of been explained because their were charges I did not know about.but that was my fault also for not taking time to read.
The sales portion of my car buying experience went well. Mr. Roman was knowledgeable about the various Toyota products offered at Priority. He took the time to explain various features offered, let us test drive different cars and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately the installation of dealer installed options is part of the car buying experience and our experience with the Priority service department was unacceptable. We had purchased paint protection film and were told that it would take three hours to be completed. Our appointment was at 10 am and we had arrived a little early as I was a new customer with Priority. Three hours turned into 6 hours and the service department at no time offered status updates other than when they had to be asked what was going on. It seemed as if the sales representative for dealer installed options did not coordinate with the service departments schedule when the appointment was made. The service department was only able to offer such excuses as they had a few other cars that needed paint wrap in front of me or that it was a complicated process. The fact is that I had an appointment, if they were not going to be able to start at 10 then why was the appointment set for that time? As for the brown team service representative, if you look at your schedule and see other cars on it that are coming in to see the one and only paint wrap tech that you have than why only quote 3 hours and not be truthful about how long it would be? This experience with the installation of the paint wrap taints an otherwise good buying experience.
3 rd vehicle from this dealership. Will continue to come back
