Superb!!! Tina has the personality that is perfect for her job. She didn't have that "I work on commission so I need to sell car" attitude which is unusual to find in this business. I am so glad Hyman Brothers Nissan didn't have time for me. Thank you Tina and Howard for the "at home" feel that I experienced at Priority Nissan. I would most definitely recommend you guys!!!
Tina is the best!!! She is well suited for this line of work. She came in on her day off to get my deal done. Her witty and helpful manor sold me over the phone!! Howard made signing the paperwork a little more tolerable with his wittiness. He and Tina are an asset to Priority Nissan!!! Would highly recommend them !
My wife and I had a great buying experience. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and very professional. After having our Nissan a couple weeks we started to have some issues. At this point I was worried but Seth Albright in the service department was top notch. It took a couple weeks to identify the problem, but once identified they took care of everything. This was a 2014 pathfinder that priority Nissan could have just stuck me with the repair bill of over $2000, but they said I should not be held responsible for repairs since I had bought the car less than 30 days ago. Thank you priority Nissan and Seth Albright for taking care of us. Priority will be my first stop for a vehicle in the future!

I needed a car and was on a tight time frame as to when I needed the car by. I was assisted by Brantley Slater in Mechanisville. Brantley was the definition of a straight shooter. The entire time dealing with him he made it his main priority to assure there was no confusion while simultaneously making sure every option available was explored. When dealing with a salesman it is not uncommon to feel the need to be defensive the entire time you converse. It was a unique relief to conduct business with someone who makes you feel that your satisfaction is their only priority.

We all know car buying can be stressful. As a consumer I want what I want and I want it for the best price. Priority Nissan got it. They helped with my questions, they gave me reasonable options and they didn’t treat me less than cause I didn’t have the best credit score. I appreciate that. I didn’t end up buying a car because of choice but the next time I’m ready I’ll be back!
