I contacted the dealership on or about the 1st of February 2019 about a Saturn Sky I wanted to buy from their dealership. The financing offered was a bit high so I found my own and requested the sales person to contact the financial institution I recommended. About a week went by without any contact from the sales person nor the dealership about the car or financing until I received an email on February 9th informing me that the Saturn Sky was sold and that if the sale fell through they will be in touch with me. Why wasn't I given the opportunity to purchase that vehicle? Evidently they only work with financial institutions that benefit them the most. Needless to say I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from this dealership!!!

I Received outstanding Customer Servcie from the Service Manager Scott Hornbeck. I recently relocated back to VA from AL where I purchased a Nissan Altima from a Nissan dealership in Huntsville AL. Between my move and getting settled in Virginia I experienced some bumps along the way and forgot to call my limited warranty service that came with the purchase of my used vehicle to notify them that I had moved. When I stopped into priority Nissan for an Oil Change they decovery that my vehicle was in need of an axle repair. Once I called the warranty company they advised my that my warranty was no longer valid. I went to see Scott Hornbeck to see if what the warranty company was telling was really true. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me. He called the warranty company and the previous Nissan dealership to try and rectify my issue. He went well beyond the limits of outstanding customer service. It’s really nice to know that people really care and try their best to take care of you. Scott didn’t just promise me a call back, he did call back. He was patient and understanding in my situation. Since, my situation didnt’t work out with the warranty, Scott referred me to the sales team and advice me to maybe look into getting another car. I was pleasantly taken care of by a Justi Hoffa, Gen sales manager, Brenden Young in sales and Howard McCoy in Financing. These three gentlemen provided superb customer service.
Took the time out to ask me what type of vechile I would be interested in and showed me the exact vehicle that I wanted and didn’t just try to put me into any vehicle. He knew all the features for the vehicle and the controls. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle as well. He was polite courterous a and professional thoughout the process and ensured I was ok and happy throughout the process. He sold me a 2017 Rogue Sport. I am happy with my purchase.
Was a pleasure to work with. He managed to get me the vehicle that I wanted at the right price and kept my payment at my current car payment. This made me very happy when you want to stay within your current budget. I felt well taken care of. I appreciate your outstanding service as a customer.
